I Love Crystals
Not only are they beautiful to look at and to have around your home, personal, and workspace, but each crystal carries its own unique energy vibration.
My Newest Crystal…
The image above is an Orgonite Pyramid containing Blue Chalcedony, copper filings, two copper swirled patterns, a small Clear Quartz crystal, and a Flower of Life grid.
I recently purchased this beauty at Black Market Minerals while on vacation in North Myrtle Beach. I’d been wanting a pyramid crystal for a while, and this one was too beautiful to pass up, especially since the local Twin Cities rock store I frequent has not carried Orgonite Pyramids.
What is Orgonite?
Orgonite is basically a resin mold pyramid holding metal shavings and particles from nature. It is an energy amplifier.
Orgone is a concept of Universal Life Force energy found in all nature, and all organic and inorganic matter. Orgone is both an unseen and seen force. While Wilhelm Reich coined the term in the early 20th-century, person-made pyramids date back thousands of years. The pyramid structure holds deep cultural and spiritual significance. Not only are there the historical pyramids of Egypt and Latin America, but also consider the USDA food pyramid and the structures of work organization.
I’d say that the pyramid structure is deeply woven into the human consciousness as an organizational guide to higher forms of consciousness… from where we are in our bodies and survival, and for reaching higher with attention and intention with reverence for ourselves and for our communities.
Blue Chalcedony
The orgonite pyramid I purchased is packed tightly with Blue Chalcedony crystalline chips. I believe one reason I was drawn to it is because it immediately felt calming to look at, and it also reminded me of the ocean and blue sky vacation I was currently enjoying.
If you’re new to crystals, but don’t know where to start, I encourage you to allow yourself to start with what you are naturally attracted to.
Blue Chalcedony is a crystalline silicate containing quartz minerals. It usually has a light blue hue and can be purchased either raw (unpolished), polished, or as a piece of jewelry.
Blue Chalcedony has a subtle and calming vibration… a vibration you may not physically feel, but you feel calm when it’s nearby. Blue Chalcedony encourages quite, silence, meditation, and connection with your soul, spirit, higher power, guides, etc.
If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, or too much energy in your throat Chakra, Blue Chalcedony is an ideal crystal.
People suffering from Hashimoto’s disease, allergies, persistent cough, laryngitis, voice loss, or are in positions of regular voice use including public speaking and singing may find value in Blue Chalcedony.
Additionally, Blue Chalcedony has a softer energy meaning its vibration is not only subtle, but also not forceful or rigid. In energy speak, this means that Blue Chalcedony has a lot of yin energy.
Where to find Orgonite or Blue Chalcedony
A simple search of Orgonite on Amazon or Etsy will produce plenty of results. Also, if you’re in the Twin Cities, check out The Enchanted Rock Garden or ZRS Fossils and Gifts.
